If you need information corrected, you will need to pay a $10 fee for corrections. 

Orders placed by 12pm CST M-F will be electronically filed on the Florida DMV or Illinois Secretary of State website. Orders placed after those deadlines will be filed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be filed on Monday.

FOR FLORIDA STUDENTS: Once your information is filed with the Florida DMV, we will email you your certificate number. When you go to the DMV, they will look you up in their system by certificate number. There is no certificate for you to print out and bring because all of the information is in their system.

FOR ILLINOIS STUDENTS: Once your information is filed with the Illinois Secretary of State department, they will EMAIL you your certificate. Aceable is not the one who emails the certificate. If you have questions, please contact the Secretary of State department at 847-981-7455.
